Service Visit & Diagnosis

The fastest way to get a problem handled — we diagnose and, in most cases, repair the same day. The $125 is a minimum fee to diagnose your system:

$62.50 covers the first 30 minutes as we pinpoint the issue by testing and process of elimination. $125 if it takes longer than 30 minutes to diagnose — always before any repairs begin.

Then it's flat-rate pricing on the repair, which you approve first.

Have us out on a scheduled day to evaluate your whole system and recommend the best coverage. You get a written estimate, and we program your timer to fit the current season.

Pricing questions, straight answers

What does the $125 same-day service visit include?

The full diagnosis of your problem — we run the system, trace the fault, and show you exactly what's wrong. Repairs are then flat-rate on top, and you approve every price before we start. Most repairs are finished in that same visit.

What's the difference between the service visit and the $75 evaluation?

The $125 visit is for when something's broken and you want it fixed now. The $75 evaluation is a scheduled, whole-system checkup: every zone inspected, a written flat-rate estimate, and your timer programmed for the season.

Are the posted rates really what I'll pay?

Yes — that's the point of flat-rate pricing. The rates cover the common repairs; anything unusual gets quoted in writing before we touch it. No surprises on the invoice, ever.

Is the work guaranteed?

Always. All of our work is guaranteed, with a licensed irrigator (#18069) on every job — the way Trophy has done it in Katy since 1989.
